90-Minute 1:1 Working Session
Best For: Stress-test an idea, solve a challenge that is costing you money or time or both, or navigate the inflection point you are facing. We examine the assumptions, weigh the options, ask the questions, and identify the next move. This a working session where we get down to it.
THE FORMAT
Before: A 30-minute preliminary call to understand the situation.
Together: A 90-minute 1:1 working session via Zoom or in-person.
After: A customized written plan of insights and next steps along with the recording.
Follow: Up: A 35-minute check-in two weeks later to review what happened.
Fee: Starting at $1,500.00

1:1 STRATEGIC ADVISORY
Starting with Four (4) Month Engagement
Best For: Founders, entrepreneurs, and their teams aiming to scale, restructure, or navigate a crossroad in their business. I help diagnose the issue, facilitate the decisions and solutions, and work alongside you and your team to implement and execute the changes.
THE FORMAT
Diagnose & Prepare: Leadership and team discussions to identify and align on gaps, priorities, initiatives, and KPI's. From there a strategy is created where we document decisions, ownerships, and next steps.
Together: Weekly working sessions with leadership and team to execute strategy. Monthly meetings with Founders and Leadership.
By Month Four: We review progress, ensure your team can maintain it, and determine if further support is needed.
Fee: Starting at $3,000.00 per month
TEAM FACILITATION AND WORKSHOPS
Custom Built Private Facilitation and Workshops
Best For: Teams, peer-to-peer networks, organizations, and entrepreneurs

Design: Custom built based on your goals, desired outcomes, and length of time.
Presented: In-person or via Zoom
Deliverables: Custom workbook, written summary, and recording of the session
