Schedule conversations with the stakeholders, discuss desired outcomes, review the current work, examine the processes, understand ownership, identify bottlenecks, agree to a baseline then define what success looks like

Prepare for and schedule working sessions focused on the priorities. We document the decisions, establish ownership, identify first actions, and KPI’s.

Weekly working sessions and reviews during the first month. Between sessions, I work with you and your team to answer questions, be a thought partner, work on obstacles, ideate solutions, and assist in overseeing the workflow.

Clarify the role, responsibilities, and expected outcomes. I coach a named internal lead for each priority and initiative. This is where your team really starts doing its own fishing. Your team continues the weekly review as my involvement moves to every other week, with progress reviews at days 30, 60, and 90.

We compare progress with the baseline and check that your team can maintain the routine. If more support is needed, we agree the next scope and review date…I always love extending my time with companies.
