The deeper questions about how decisions get made, where communication breaks down, what your team actually understands about the direction you are heading, and what is quietly getting in the way of the results you know are possible.

Most of the time the answers live somewhere between unclear strategy, misaligned leadership, and a gap between what the organization intends and what it actually executes. That gap is where growth stalls. And that gap is exactly where I work.

I bring 27 years of real founder - operator experience to every engagement. I have built companies, sold companies, negotiated multi-million dollar deals, incubated businesses across industries, consulted for wealth management firms, apparel brands, and B2B organizations, and facilitated leadership sessions for YPO, YPO Gold, and EO. I understand what high performing organizations look like and I understand what gets in the way of building one.

What I bring that most advisors cannot is the combination of sharp strategic thinking and genuine emotional intelligence. I understand business and I understand people. In my experience those two things together are where the real leverage lives.
