How We Work Together

Every workshop is custom built. Nothing here is off the shelf. Here is exactly how we go from challenge to clarity.

STEP 1: THE DIAGNOSTIC CONVERSATION

Before we design anything we need to understand what is actually going on. This is a focused discovery call where we get underneath the surface of your challenge, your team dynamics, and the outcome you need from this experience.

We talk about what is working, what is not, what has already been tried, and what the organization needs to walk away with in order to move differently. This conversation shapes everything that follows and it is where the real work begins.

You will leave this call knowing we understand your situation and that what we build together will be built specifically for it.

STEP 2: CUSTOM WORKSHOP DESIGN

Based on our diagnostic conversation I design a custom workshop built around your specific team, your specific challenge, and your specific desired outcome. This includes the session structure, the facilitation approach, the topics we will cover, and the order in which we tackle them to create the most productive possible experience for your group.

You receive a detailed workshop outline for your review before we move forward. No surprises. No generic programming dressed up with your company name on it. A real custom design built to produce real results for your organization.

STEP 3: PRE-WORK AND PREPARATION

Great facilitation does not start when everyone walks into the room. It starts before that. Depending on the workshop topic I will develop pre-work materials for your team including reflection questions, individual assessments, or short exercises designed to prime the thinking and create a more productive and honest conversation on the day.

I also develop custom worksheets and workbooks that participants use during the session to capture insights, apply frameworks, and build individual action plans they take with them when the workshop is over. This is what turns a good conversation into a plan that actually gets executed.

STEP 4: FACILITATION

This is where we roll up our sleeves.

Whether in person or virtual, I facilitate the session with the full weight of founder - operator experience, deep organizational intelligence, and the kind of emotional intelligence that creates the conditions for honest, generative, productive dialogue. I ask the questions that open thinking. I listen for what is being said and what is not being said. I keep the room moving, the energy focused, and the conversation going in the direction that serves your outcomes.

Every session is structured but never rigid. The best breakthroughs often happen in the moments between the agenda items and I know how to create the space for those moments while keeping the group on track. I mean, we can’t forget to have some fun, right?

STEP 5: INTEGRATION AND FOLLOW THROUGH

A workshop without follow through is just an expensive afternoon. Two weeks after our session I check back in with you and your team to see what has shifted, what is being implemented, what questions have surfaced, and where additional support would accelerate the momentum we built together.
